Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your Joelles account data, contact us using the data deletion option on our contact form or by email at contact@joelles.ie.

Please include the following identifier in your request:

• The email address used for your Joelles account.

If it helps us locate the correct account faster, you may also include your full name or a recent order number.

For security, we verify the requester's identity before deleting account data. If we need more information to confirm ownership of the account, we will contact you first.

After the request is verified and processed, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with the request.
